Exceptional Staff!! I booked the wrong dates for my work trip, so I requested the hotel team to kindly approved my request to change my booking dates into the correct dates and they accepted my request right away. Room is also clean, and they will give you extra pillows ready in the closet just in case you want it. They have in room spa services; in case you want to get a massage after a long day of walking/sightseeing/working. Pro tip: Book rooms with window. They don't have white light in the room which is not the best light you want to use when you do your makeup. Overall, I will definitely book here again for my work trip.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel provides all the necessity for every room, such as hair dryer, iron & ironing board, kettle and safe box. I didn't try the sky cafe.

Good location, quite near to banks and supermarket. Staffs are friendly and offer a place to put your belongings in case you wanted to check out early but still wanted to walk around the city.

Staffs are well dressed, polite, helpful. Hotel appearance is nice, great lobby with many seating area, they have lifts here so you wont have to climb stairs with your luggage. There is a dessert shop just next to the hotel, the dessert shop serves delicious variety of ice shaved menu. Rooms are spacious, we have bed, bedside tables, mini table with 2 chairs, a table with wall mirror + 1 chair, etc etc..its more for 2people and 1child. There are 3-4 power outlets to charge your phone without berebut with your spouse/friend. The sink is the most unique one i have ever seen. They provide extra 2 pillows apart form another 2 on your bed. They listed out attraction on the table at Tawau in case you want to go sight seeing. The hotel is really in the middle of the town. You can just walk and go to eateries, 7E, bakery, shops everywhere around the hotel. Its really great. But the 7E like didnt topup their goods, so less choice to buy goods huhu.. Just a walk or two from the hotel is the mee tarik restaurant, the foods are great and really cheap compared to mee tarik at peninsular malaysia

Strategic, good and clean room. Breakfas is good too with variety of choices.
